Steve is the partner in charge of the Williston office. He is a native of Williston and is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.

Steve joined the firm in the Dickinson office in 1980 and moved to Williston in November 1983, with the opening of the Williston office.

Prior to joining the firm, he was employed in the auditing department of a regional firm for two years. Steve has over 25 years of experience as a CPA, with emphasis in the areas of management consulting, income tax and accounting for most businesses and industries.

Jeffery Clarke, CPA

Jeff is a CPA in the Williston office.  He graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1997.  He joined the firm in November, 2001.

Prior to joining the firm Jeff was employed by a CPA firm in Minnesota for four years.  Jeff has an extensive background in providing tax and accounting services to farmers, businesses and individuals.  In addition, he has provided computer training and setup to various clients.

Janet Tangedal

Janet is a paraprofessional in the firm’s Williston office.  She attended Williston State College from 1976 through 1978.  She joined the firm in December, 1988.

Prior to joining the firm she worked for other accounting firms in various capacities.

Janet is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and is familiar with all aspects of QuickBooks.  In addition she has a vast experience in individual and corporate tax preparation, payroll, quarterly reports and bookkeeping operations.

Mandy Giem

Mandy is an administrative assistant in the firm’s Williston office.    She joined the firm in July, 2004.

Prior to joining the firm, she was employed by First National Bank & Trust Co. as a Trust Department Secretary/Operations Clerk.

In addition to her administrative duties, Mandy provides payroll preparation and bookkeeping services to various clients.  She is also in charge of maintaining the firm’s web site and computer systems.
