Mr. Reichert, a partner in our Dickinson office, is a graduate of St. John's University and has completed postgraduate work in Accounting at the University of North Dakota. Tom founded the firm in 1976. Prior to establishing the firm, he was employed for three years in the tax department of a regional firm. Tom has over 30 years of experience and a wide range of expertise in tax and management consulting areas ranging from individuals to large multiple corporation groups. He is also in charge of the firm's tax department. |

Mr. Fisher is the firm's managing partner and is in the Dickinson office. Jerry has been practicing public accounting since 1973. He is a graduate of Dickinson State University and has a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of North Dakota. Prior to joining the firm in 1978, he was employed for three years in the auditing department of a national firm and as an auditor for two years with a regional firm. Jerry has over 30 years of experience and has expertise in numerous business industries, primarily in the areas of management consulting, income tax planning, accounting, auditing, and computer selection and implementation. |

Mr. Sorenson is the tax manager in the Dickinson office. He is
a graduate of Dickinson State University with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Administration and Accounting. He joined the
firm in December, 1989. |

Tammie Dvorak, CPA |
Ms. Dvorak is a CPA in the firm's Dickinson
office. She graduated from Dickinson State University in 1989 with
a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and later
returned to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in May of
2001. Tammie successfully passed the CPA exam in November
2001.

Mr. Kostelecky is an audit manager in the firm's
Dickinson Office. He is a graduate of Dickinson State University
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He joined the
firm in November, 1986. |

Lisa Kleinwaechter |
Ms. Kleinwaechter is an Accountant in the firm's Dickinson office. She graduated from Dickinson State University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She joined the firm in April 2003. Prior to joining the firm Lisa worked as a Financial Advisor, Licensed Insurance Representative and held a Series 7 Securities License. Lisa also worked as a Travel Consultant. Lisa is currently studying to be a Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor.
